5g Unsalted Butter
2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- In a saucepan, stir condensed milk, butter, extracted espresso & cocoa powder together & bring to boiling point over medium heat
- Reduce the heat to low & continue to cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly until mixture is thick & shiny
- Transfer to a shallow dish & refrigerate until firm
- Roll teaspoons of the truffle mixture into balls & coat in your choice of chopped nuts or chocolate sprinkles
