395 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

5g Unsalted Butter

2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder

For Rolling:

Chopped Nuts 

Chocolate Sprinkles

(Makes 20)



  • In a saucepan, stir condensed milk, butter, extracted espresso & cocoa powder together & bring to boiling point over medium heat
  • Reduce the heat to low & continue to cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly until mixture is thick & shiny
  • Transfer to a shallow dish & refrigerate until firm
  • Roll teaspoons of the truffle mixture into balls & coat in your choice of chopped nuts or chocolate sprinkles
