Something to satisfy your sweet tooth doesn't have to be bad for you. Enjoy rolling up these balls of wholesome goodness & curb your afternoon cravings for junk food. 

1 cup Almonds

2 teaspoon República Breakfast Mix

1 cup Dessicated Coconut, plus 3 tablespoons for rolling

8 Dried Apricots

8 Pitted Dates

1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

(Makes 20-30 Balls)

 

Directions:

  • Soak nuts, dates & apricots in hot water for 30 minutes to 1 hour
  • Reserve 2 tablespoons of the water & discard the rest
  • Blend water, oil, nuts, dates & apricots along with dessicated coconut until well combined
  • Roll teaspoon of the mixture into balls & coat in dessicated coconut
  • Chill before serving
