We all need to get more greens in our diets but sometimes it's just not very high on our priority list. If you don't have time to make a healthy lunch for work, just keep the ingredients for this Green Smoothie Recipe in your desk. Pop a carton of coconut milk in the work fridge, keep the rest of your supplies in your desk drawer and you've got a healthy, filling snack or small meal for those afternoon hangry emergencies! 

What you need 

1 cup coconut milk 

2 tsp Republica Green Mix 

1 scoop natural chocolate flavoured protein powder 

A handful of ice 

What you do 

1. Grab all your ingredients and put them in a protein shaker and shake well to mix. You can also use a blender if you happen to have one handy. 

2. Serve over ice. 

3. Enjoy!
