These green crepes are a real treat! We've added República RAW Green Mix to make them nutritious and super healthy!

1 ½ cup Pureharvest Oat Milk

1 cup Soda Water

3 Eggs

1 teaspoon Pureharvest Rice Malt Syrup

2-3 teaspoons República RAW Green Mix

1 handful baby spinach leaves

2 cups Plain Flour

Canola Oil Cooking Spray

Pureharvest COCO2 Hazelnut Spread

(Makes 15 Crepes)

 Green Spinach Crepes

Combine the Oat milk, soda water, eggs and Rice Malt Syrup in a blender. Then add your plain flour, Republica RAW Green Mix, spinach and blend again briefly. It’s as simple as that, just cover the batter and chill it for an hour so it’s ready. Once your batter is chilled spray a medium frying pan with oil and heat it over medium heat. Now you’re ready to make your crepes – use your ladle to pour about 3 teaspoons of batter into the pan, then swirl the pan to cover the base. In 2 to 3 minutes your crepe should be lightly golden. Turn it over and cook it for 1 more minute .Transfer your delicious crepe to a plate and cover generously with Pureharvest COCO2 Hazelnut spread. Enjoy for your weekend brekkie!
