- Kiwi fruit
- 2 tsp República Organic Detox Superfood Mix
- 1 handful Kale
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup oats
- 3 dates (seeds removed)
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour it into in a glass or bowl, garnish with your favourite fruit and seeds, and enjoy!
