Green-smoothies are the perfect way to get your daily dose of fruit and veggies without compromising the taste! Here is a super simple recipe that is sure to tickle your smoothie fancies...

Ingredients:

  • Mango
  • Banana
  • Kiwi fruit
  • 2 tsp República Organic Detox Superfood Mix
  • 1 handful Kale
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 3 dates (seeds removed)
  • 1 cup milk of your choice

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour it into in a glass or bowl, garnish with your favourite fruit and seeds, and enjoy!
