How does my Republica Biodegradable coffee pods subscription work?Simply pick your selection of Sydney, Paris, Melbourne or Organic Decaf biodegradable pods and choose how frequently you’d like it delivered based on what’s most convenient for you. Shipping is free.
Which products are included?
Select your preferred biodegradable pods from our range of Sydney, Paris, Melbourne or Organic Decaf. The minimum quantity per variant (Sydney, Paris, Melbourne or Organic Decaf) is 4 packs of 20 pods. You can then choose to receive 80, 160 or 240 pods each time.
I have too much product.
You can pause your next delivery and then decrease the frequency for your next order.
I don't have enough product.
You will need to increase the frequency of your delivery. In the meantime, our biodegradable coffee pods are available in your local Coles.
How do I pause, adjust or cancel my order?
You can pause, change products or cancel your subscription anytime by signing into your account via the LOGIN button top right of the screen on any Shop pages and clicking "Manage Subscriptions".
When does my subscription end?
You can opt out at any time after your first order by logging into your account and clicking "Manage Subscriptions".
Is shopping free?
Yes. Shipping on all our subscriptions is free.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia only.
Where can I track my order?
Each order has a specific tracking number that you will be emailed after your order ships. If you no longer have access to that email, you can request your tracking information by emailing us via firstname.lastname@example.org
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched via Australia Post Standard Shipping and will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days to your door, sometimes longer for WA deliveries. You can update the recurring order time at any stage (so long as it’s not within one week of your next order).
If I want to adjust my delivery date or combination of products, when do I need to make changes?
You will receive an email 1 week before your card is charged and order dispatched. Your nominated card will be billed per the time period you select. For example, if you choose delivery every 4 weeks, your card will be billed every 4 weeks from the original order. It’s just like you placing a new order every 4 weeks! Any changes or cancellations once the card has been charged will only apply from the next order cycle. If your order processes with any incorrect information, just email email@example.com and we’ll get things sorted for you.
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift for someone else?
Yes you can, but there are a couple of limitations – we cannot currently include gift cards in our subscriptions and you will need to register the subscription using the recipient’s email address and contact details, this way they will receive the reminder emails to change product combination and update their details. Please note that the subscriptions are rolling, which means they continue until they are cancelled.
